Coronavirus Update

To our valued customers,

We wanted to let you know what our policy is during this time. Our office is open and our service and installation crews are working and are here for you. Below are measures that we have implemented to help protect our team and our customer's during this time:

• Our technicians are on call to provide emergency service calls, equipment replacement and new installations.
• Office staff is working remotely to support self isolation for at least the next 2 weeks.
• We still have 24/7 service.
• Following all recommended protective procedures as recommended by the Ontario government.
• We are washing hands regularly with soap and water, wearing gloves, coughing into arm, and eliminating all close and physical contact with others
• If any staff feels ill, or someone in their family is ill, they will stay home.
